A healthy diet consists of many different kinds of food. To have a healthy diet,
we should eat a lot of rice and bread. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables too.
We can have some meat and fish in our meals. We can also have a few eggs every
week. Milk is good for our body. We can drink some milk every day. Too much sweet
food is not good for our teeth and health. So just eat a little once in a while(偶尔).
