I'm Jim. I have a new neighbour called Peter. We live in the same building and he lives on the fifth
floor.
Peter is a tour guide. He likes showing visitors around different cities. He is going to travel around
the world in the future. He is very helpful and always ready to help others. People often ask him for help
when they meet with all kinds of problems. People in the neighbourhood all like him very much.
We are so lucky to have a neighbour like him. I think if everyone learns from him, our neighbourhood
will be better and better.
