Hello, let me tell you about my diet. I drink
enough water every day because it's good for us.
I also have some milk, usually in the morning and
sometimes before bedtime. For breakfast, I eat
some rolls. Sometimes I have sausages and sandwiches.I like to eat fish, broccoli and pasta
for lunch. I always have some fruit after lunch. I like apples, oranges and bananas. I often
have a salad in the evening. There are lettuces, tomatoes, cucumbers and half an egg. I think
my diet is good, but I should eat more rice and meat. That can make me strong and keep a
balanced diet.
