To be healthy, we should have a healthy diet. We should have more rice, bread and noodles.
Grains give us energy. We also need some fruit and vegetables. They are healthy and fresh. We
need them every day. Fish, eggs and milk are good for our health. We should have a few eggs every
week. Dairy foods and meat make our bones strong. Most fats, oils, and sweets are not healthy.
They should not be eaten often.
