It is common for teenagers to have problems. Some students say they have become fat and that
it really makes them feel bad about themselves. In fact, we can do something about it.
First, eat less. You'll become fat if you eat more than your body needs. Also, eat more vegetables
instead of meat. Second, do more exercise. There are many ways to do exercise. For example, you
can go to school on foot or by bike.
