Cheer up! You' re not alone. It's quite common for ninth-graders to worry about it. Stress can change
our moods and cause many problems. You may not sleep well, get angry easily or even become forgetful.
Here are some ways that I think can deal with stress. The first thing you can try is to exercise. Exercise
like walking or running not only brings energy but also builds confidence. Another way is to change the
colours of your bedroom. Painting it blue may make you feel calm. It might also be a good idea to talk
to someone who is a good listener.
