Confucius

As we know, we Chinese are greatly influenced by the thoughts of Confucius. He is not only a great

teacher but also a famous thinker. Though Confucius was born into a poor family, he didn't give up studying.

Later he started the first public school in Chinese history. He had about 3 000 students in his lifetime. He

has made a great difference to our education.

I think many of his thoughts are worth listening to. He believed everyone should go to school if

they wanted. He also taught us thinking is very important to study.
