we find that more than half of the students have never taken part in any
volunteer activities. And only 32 per cent of them join in the activities from time to time.
There are two causes of the result. Five eighths of them think they have so much schoolwork
that they hardly have time for volunteer activities. The rest of them show no interest in them.
However, volunteer activities are very meaningful. Through volunteer activities, we can
help more people in need. Also, it's good for us to learn to get along with others. Moreover,
we will get happier and more confident.
To do volunteer activities, I think it's a good idea to join some charities. And we should
keep a balance between schoolwork and volunteer activities.
