Dear Headteacher,
I'd like to recommend Jack for this year's Best Student Award. Jack is a clever boy. He
learns things very quickly. He is nearly good at all the subjects.
In addition, he always thinks about questions carefully. He can make very good plans.
Last week, he organized an English singing competition, and it was very successful. Besides
that, he is very kind and helpful. He always helps the classmates with their study after class.
He is very brave too. On his way home yesterday, he saw a boy falling into the river, he
went to help and saved the boy.
I really believe Jack is the right person to win the award. I'm looking forward to your
