I'm happy to hear that you will come to China. You have asked me about Chinese people's way
of life and some traditions. Here are some of my ideas.
First, when Chinese people meet for the first time, they shake hands or nod their heads. Second,
we use chopsticks instead of a knife and fork. Most people like to chat with others during the meal.
Third, on birthdays we usually have a birthday cake and get presents. We should accept presents with
both hands.Besides, the Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. People have a big
family dinner together. Children get hongbao from their parents and grandparents. You'd better not
have your hair cut during the first month of the lunar calendar.
I am looking forward to seeing you soon. I think you will like China very much. Yours, Li Hua
