Doing exercise can not only help us keep
healthy, but also help to train a person's
character. What's more, doing exercise helps
us to study better.
We can do exercise whenever we want.
It is good for us to go to school on foot or
by bike. In P.E. classes, we can do all kinds
of exercises, such as running, jumping and
playing basketball. On weekends, we can
climb mountains or go swimming with our
friends. Also, we can go hiking during the
vacations.
