         First, I usually get up early and take some exercise for half an hour every morning. I don't go to bed too late
because it is bad for my health.  Also, I always have a healthy diet every day. The three meals give me energy fort
the whole day. An apple a day keeps the doctor away. So fruit and vegetables are also good for us.
         Second, it is important to plan my study. I always finish my homework in the morning and read all kinds of
books in the afternoon. Also, I need to help my parents with some housework like cleaning the window and doing
some shopping. I think it's a good way to make myself better.
          Third, I usually have a good time with my family celebrating the Spring Festival. We visit our friends and
relatives during the holiday. All the family members usually get together and have a big dinner. At night, we like
to let off fireworks. It's really fun.
