If you want to become healthy, you can follow my advice below.
First, you should eat less sweets because too much sugar is bad for your health. You should eat more
healthy food like vegetables and fruit.
Second, you shouldn't watch TV for such a long time. It's bad for you eyes and you won't have time
to do sports and have a rest. You should try to do more exercise after school. It can make you full of energy.
Last but not least, you should go to bed earlier. Enough sleep is very important for us.
