        First of all, a healthy diet is very important, so I eat food like rice, eggs, fish and vegetables every day. I also 
eat more fruit and drink enough water. Snacks and fast food are bad for our health. My parents always tell me to eat 
less of them. 
        Also, I take enough exercise every week.It keeps me away from getting sick easily and helps me study well.I 
do morning exercises every day.I also do other sport. I usually walk, run, jump or play football after school.Doing 
sport makes me relaxed.
