I have a healthy diet.For breakfast,I usually have an egg,some porridge and baozi. My mum likes
to cook porridge in different ways.It's very delicious.For lunch and dinner, I usually have rice,meat,fruit
and vegetables.After dinner,I usually go fora walk for 15 minutes every day.In the evening,I drink some
milk.I often stay up late.I sleep for six or seven hours most nights.
I think I need to exercise more every day and I shouldn't stay up late.I should stay fit with a healthy
