        Li Xia is 13 years old. She is not tall but she looks healthy. She is friendly. She says it's important  
to keep healthy, so she often eats fruit and vegetables. She has milk and bread for breakfast and meat, 
vegetables and some rice for lunch. She eats little for dinner.
       Li Xia exercises for half an hour every day and often walks to school.
