Bad eating habits are still very common among us students.
Some of us often go to school without eating breakfast.
To keep fit, we should eat healthy food.

       First of all, a healthy diet is very important, so I eat food like rice, eggs, fish and vegetables every day. I also eat more fruit and drink enough water. Snacks and fast food are bad for our health. My parents always tell me to eat less of them. 
       Also, I take enough exercise every week. It keeps me away from getting sick and helps me study well. I often do morning exercises. I also do many kinds of exercise. I usually walk, run, jump or play football after school. It makes me relaxed.
