Last month, I bought a robot from your shop. However, I am not satisfied with it at all. It is not as good and useful as you promised.
First, I am unhappy with its batteries. They last for just two weeks instead of one month as you said. Second, you said the robot can work 12 hours every day, but in fact, it can only work five hours. When I come back home, it has stopped working and I have to cook or tidy up by myself. Third, you said that it can do any housework. However, I find it can only do some simple things, such as moving the chairs and cleaning the floor. When it cooks meals it often makes my kitchen in a mess.
I regret having bought a robot like this. I would like to have my money back.
