Beijing, a northern city in our country, is the place I want to visit.
First, Beijing is the capital of China, and has a history of more than 3,000 years. It has been the capital for many dynasties. Second, there are many historical buildings there, such as the Great Wall and the Summer Palace. There are also some new stadiums, including the Bird Nest and the Water Cube. I like history and sport very much.
I am really looking forward to going there and visiting all the wonderful places, And above all, I want to watch the flag-raising ceremony at the Tian'anmen Square. That must be very exciting. I hope I can get there next holiday.
