       Firstly, we should spend at least half an hour doing sports every day. Exercising makes us 
more energetic and stronger. So don't refuse it. Second, it's important for us to keep a balanced 
diet. We shouldn't have too much junk food,which only makes us fat. Try to eat more fruit and
vegetables. What's more, having enough sleep is necessary. Many people stay up late to play computer
games, watch TV and so on. But they do harm to our bodies. Last but not least, always be happy.
No matter what happens,we should have a positive mind to face it. The most important thing is
to be happy.
Firstly, the safety of our life is the most important. We should
pay attention to our safety and stay away from everything dangerous. Don't joke about life safety.
Second, our health is also important. We should do much exercise and get enough sleep to keep
healthy. Moreover, value our relatives and friends around us. We should love and respect our relatives.
We can spend more time communicating with them. As for our friends, we should get on well with 
them. Trust and help each others. Last, we should value highly our time. Time goes by and never comes 
 back. So we can make plans for what we need to do every day. Make full use of our time and don't
waste it.
